It’s got that zingy ginger taste to wake me up & sweet carrots to satisfy my sweet tooth. Also, let’s be honest we all want to feel like we are making a healthy choice once in a while, and this smoothie blends some pretty sweet ingredients together.

Here it goes:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • a handful of frozen/fresh strawberries
  • as much ginger as you want – I tend to cut off a few inches of it to get a good zingy taste in there
  • half a handful of mint leaves
  • any kind of juice you want to add – either fruit juice like mango, or almond milk.

Get the ingredients nekked, wash the mint leaves and blend away! Depending on the quality of your mixer the carrots may be a little stubborn – make sure you take the time to pulse it until it’s well mixed.
